IT Operations Expert

About the role

LEONI is seeking an IT Operations Expert to manage and maintain its global IT infrastructure. You will ensure reliable operation of servers, storage, virtualization, network equipment and end‑user devices while supporting cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, File Services and Microsoft 365.
• Monitor system performance, backups, security events and implement cybersecurity best practices.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, wireless networks and IP‑telephony solutions.
• Coordinate backup procedures, disaster‑recovery and business‑continuity initiatives.
• Support cloud services (Microsoft Azure) and manage incidents, service requests and problem resolution through ITSM processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and knowledge‑base articles.
• Prepare regular reports on system health, infrastructure status, asset management and operational KPIs.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system implementations and provide end‑user training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and ITIL best practices.
