About the role
The IT Support Coordinator will manage Instashop’s hardware inventory, coordinate with suppliers and telecom providers, and ensure that all assets are allocated in compliance with vendor contracts. This role combines inventory control, troubleshooting, and vendor liaison to keep the company’s IT infrastructure running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and monitor the distribution of hardware assets across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of hardware, licenses, and asset allocations.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware before handing it over to vendors.
- Utilize remote access tools to resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate procurement and asset tracking with suppliers and telecom providers.
Required profile
- Adequate command of Excel for inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
