Java Engineer (FinTech)

About the role

Al Ahly Momkn is a fast‑evolving FinTech company in Egypt that delivers secure and seamless payment solutions. As a Java Engineer you will join a collaborative, innovative team, work on high‑impact projects and grow alongside industry experts.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Agile methodologies to manage tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and product managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Write clean, efficient Java code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve issues promptly to maintain system stability and performance.
• Modify existing designs to incorporate feedback, address issues, or meet new requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, MySQL and Git.
• FinTech background is a plus.
