Junior Architectural Designer (Remote)

About the role

DOTec Corp. is seeking a Junior Architectural Designer to support the design and development of architectural components for a variety of construction projects. Working remotely from Egypt, you will collaborate with senior architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, code‑compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and project documentation.
• Coordinate design efforts with civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
• Ensure designs meet safety, quality, regulatory, and sustainable design standards.
• Update and maintain project files using industry‑standard software.
• Support the review of design deliverables against U.S. building codes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from a government or public university.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural engineering.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent work capabilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a remote environment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of U.S. codes and standards (preferred).
