Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to create on‑brand visual assets for Jadeer’s real‑estate projects. You will work across digital and print channels, delivering social media graphics, ads, brochures, signage and more, while ensuring a fast turnaround and consistent visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media visuals, digital ads, email/WhatsApp creatives and website banners.
• Produce print collateral such as brochures, factsheets, flyers, exhibition booths, hoardings and signage, delivering print‑ready files.
• Support project launches with key visuals, teasers and event branding.
• Apply and maintain Jadeer’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints and adapt masterplans or renders into marketing materials.
• Create simple motion graphics or reel edits for social platforms; video editing skills are a plus.
• Manage design requests, prioritize with the marketing team and meet campaign deadlines.
• Organise and archive design files, coordinate with printers and production suppliers, and perform quality checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a comparable portfolio.
• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within real‑estate, agency or fast‑paced in‑house marketing teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Excellent Arabic and English typography skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (mandatory).
• After Effects and Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Figma or Canva familiarity.
• Experience with AI‑assisted design tools.
• Print preparation knowledge: colour profiles, bleeds and large‑format artwork.
