Junior Software Engineer – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

This Software Engineering vacancy focuses on configuring, customizing, and developing enhancements for Enterprise Solutions from Red Hat and IBM. You will join a leading global IT organization, working on large composite systems and delivering value to prestige clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the project life‑cycle, from pre‑sales activities to implementation and customer training.
• Design and deliver innovative solutions that improve asset management performance for clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to customize IBM Automation and Enterprise Asset Management solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (B grade or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, preferably from universities near Heliopolis, Nasr City, New Cairo or Eastern Cairo.
• Strong academic record with a solid IT background and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships, produce high‑quality documentation, and work effectively in project teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and exempt from military service (for Egyptians).

Required skills

• Programming languages: C++, C#.NET, Java, JavaScript.
• SQL query writing and basic database concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts.
