L2 Security Operations Engineer

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Level 2 Security Operations Engineer to join its global security team. You will work on French and Belgian business days, covering shifts from 8 am to 7 pm, five days a week, with standby duties for major GOLD‑level events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 support and monitoring for security solutions such as Trellix ePO, Microsoft Defender, Wallix, Cybereason, Zscaler, F5, and Infoblox.
• Maintain Windows and Linux server environments, including patch management (WSUS) and print services.
• Manage remote access and privileged access management tools.
• Perform backup, data transfer, and orchestration tasks using Syncovery, Silversield, and SIOTH.
• Generate reports and dashboards with Qlikview.
• Participate in on‑call rotations for critical incidents and major events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/security operations or system administration.
• Fluent French (B2 minimum) for internal coordination and meetings.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
