Launch Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Launch Executive to drive the rollout of the next generation of Amazon fulfillment centers (Darkstores) in the region. You will lead large‑scale, strategic project initiatives that enable rapid network expansion and ensure launch readiness across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the store launch readiness workstream, developing processes and mitigating schedule risks.
• Maintain readiness trackers and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Visit construction sites regularly and report progress against the project plan.
• Coordinate multiple time‑sensitive actions across cross‑functional teams.
• Problem‑solve in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
• Ensure all Road‑to‑Launch tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with business, technology, design, procurement, and construction teams.
• Present launch status and risks to senior leadership.
• Gather and analyze launch performance data to support expansion strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in an operational role.
• Strong delivery record and proven project delivery experience.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
