Lead Software Engineer – .NET Full Stack

About the role

Integrant is looking for a Lead Software Engineer with deep .NET expertise to own and evolve a large enterprise system of roughly 80 interconnected applications. You will work both on new feature development and on maintaining existing services, ensuring high performance, security and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of development, maintenance and support of the enterprise system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Balance workload: ~60% support tasks, ~40% new feature development.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• Implement Azure cloud solutions for scalability and seamless deployment.
• Optimize SQL Server queries and improve database performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including senior‑level work on large enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
