Legal Advisor – Saudi Arabic Fluency (Remote)

About the role

WAJJAD is seeking a Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance across its governance, financial and real‑estate technology platforms. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in the Saudi Arabic dialect, enabling clear legal communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and validate contracts, policies and other legal documents in accordance with Saudi law.
• Identify and assess legal risks, offering practical compliance and dispute‑prevention advice.
• Collaborate with product, operations and leadership teams to ensure platform features align with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support the design of governance frameworks.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and legal training resources.

Required profile

• Law degree (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution; bar admission or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven experience interpreting Saudi legal and regulatory frameworks, especially labor and employment law.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and review legal documents for technology or B2B platforms.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Fluency in Saudi dialect Arabic with excellent legal drafting and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English (advantageous).
• Knowledge of Saudi labor and employment regulations.
