Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support daily delivery operations at Valley Water’s beverage production facility in Wadi el Natroon. You will ensure that shipments are dispatched on time, tracked accurately, and completed according to customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor execution of daily delivery routes, confirming on‑time dispatch and arrival.
• Track vehicle movements and provide real‑time updates to the Logistics Specialist.
• Oversee vehicle loading, ensuring it follows the approved plan.
• Verify that previous‑shift deliveries have reached the designated customer locations.
• Update shipment status in the system (Loaded, In Transit, Delivered, Returned).
• Collect, verify and archive delivery documents such as shipping orders, proof of delivery and invoices.
• Report any deviations, delays or incidents to the Logistics Specialist for prompt action.
• Ensure pallets/racks are returned from customers and coordinate escalations with Sales when needed.
• Collaborate with drivers, sales, and internal departments (Quality, Safety, OHS) to resolve delivery or service issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Good communication skills for interacting with drivers, sales teams and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using logistics or transportation management systems for status updates.
• Basic document handling and archiving skills.
