Logistics Specialist – E‑commerce Operations

About the role

We are a leading e‑commerce platform seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to ensure smooth product flow from suppliers to customers. You will support daily logistics, inventory management, and shipment coordination within a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory movement, and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to guarantee accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Liaise with courier partners to schedule deliveries and manage shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Analyze logistics KPIs and propose improvements to increase speed and reduce costs.
• Support inbound logistics, including receiving goods, quality checks, and storage organization.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational policies, and product‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or supply‑chain operations.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work approach.
