Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other facility systems at our laboratory in Agami, Alexandria. The role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance to keep the plant running smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all facility equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns, handling emergency repairs promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimise downtime and support continuous operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards.
• Document maintenance activities and update equipment records.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
• Proven experience in hospitals and/or the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Ability to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance efficiently.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
