Marketing & Social Media Manager – Multi‑Brand (Fashion & Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of four distinct brands within Hajjo Group – a family‑owned menswear business operating since 1960. The role combines B2C retail marketing for Hajjo 1991 with B2B promotion for our manufacturing, wholesale, and fabric divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a marketing plan and content calendar for each brand.
• Create captions and publish posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google platforms.
• Shoot and produce photo and video content in stores, factories and warehouses.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Identify, contact and manage influencers for brand collaborations.
• Support the launch and ongoing management of the Hajjo 1991 website.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales teams to convert marketing activity into qualified leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on marketing and social‑media experience.
• Proven ability to run paid ads independently (Meta Ads Manager required; LinkedIn and Google Ads a plus).
• Strong written communication in Arabic and English for social‑media captions.
• Experience coordinating influencer outreach.
• Highly organised and capable of managing four brands simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing managed accounts, created content and campaign results.
