Material Handler - 2nd Shift

About the role

Join Kendall Packaging Corporation as a Material Handler on the 2nd shift. Reporting to the Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials throughout the plant to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer materials from storage or work centers to designated areas.
• Count, weigh, and record materials in the inventory system.
• Attach identifying labels to pallets and manage pallet/end‑board recycling.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move pallets.
• Inspect incoming materials, verify bills of lading, and ensure quantity and quality compliance.
• Stack or assemble materials on pallets and place them in storage racks.
• Pull materials for production departments and return unused film to inventory.
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to GMP policies and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 12 months of related manufacturing or forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and write basic reports.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
