About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to prepare and review shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage systems for a leading Saudi real‑estate developer’s new back‑office in Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage systems.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural and electrical disciplines.
- Review technical documents, raise RFIs and prepare material submittals.
- Update drawings based on consultant comments and support site teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and GCC standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in mechanical shop drawings.
- Contracting background with GCC project experience.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP (preferred).
