Media Associate – Cairo

About the role

The Media Associate will support the planning, execution and optimisation of media campaigns for WPP Media’s clients in Cairo. Working closely with senior planners and media vendors, the role ensures that media assets are scheduled, delivered and tracked efficiently to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building media plans and scheduling ad placements across TV, digital, print and out‑of‑home channels.
• Coordinate with media vendors to secure inventory, negotiate rates and guarantee timely delivery of media assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, track budgets and report on key metrics.
• Analyse media data to provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
• Prepare regular reports on spend, performance and results for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new buying opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced agency environment.
