Merchandising Supervisor – Retail Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Merchandising Supervisor to lead our merchandising team in Cairo, ensuring optimal product visibility and shelf compliance across key retail outlets. The role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and market intelligence to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of merchandisers to achieve coverage and visibility targets.
• Ensure shelves, displays, and planograms are executed according to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and product freshness, reducing out‑of‑stock situations.
• Support trade promotions and below‑the‑line activities in key outlets.
• Track merchandiser KPIs, providing coaching and feedback.
• Conduct market visits to verify execution and assess competitor activities.
• Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and reporting for the merchandising team.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in sales or merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Valid driving license and personal car ownership.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
