About the role
FRIDAL is seeking a Microbiologist to ensure product quality and safety in its Beni Suef facility. You will work closely with production and quality teams to monitor microbiological standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key responsibilities
- Control and verify personal hygiene practices in the laboratory.
- Calibrate and validate laboratory equipment to maintain accurate testing.
- Perform microbiological analysis of finished products, raw materials and environmental samples according to specifications.
- Monitor microbial limits for sun‑dry products and oversee the process from harvest to drying.
- Check water quality at the PO station and prepare daily quality reports.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in a quality role, preferably within the food industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related science.
- Strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Food Safety knowledge.
- HACCP expertise.
