Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned manager to lead its Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform practice. You will work with clients across industries to analyse business needs, design and implement CRM solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the technology.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and hand‑over.
• Provide training, coaching and support to client teams for seamless integration.
• Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Manage performance, quality and timelines in partnership with senior leadership.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firm growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform projects.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
