About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Horus Pharma Group in Cairo. The successful candidate will support daily pharmacy operations, ensuring medications are received, organized and dispensed accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store and arrange medicines and medical products following proper storage conditions.
• Assist the pharmacist in preparing prescriptions, labeling, and verifying accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels, check expiry dates and help with stock replenishment.
• Operate the pharmacy counter, handle customer inquiries, process transactions and maintain hygiene standards.
• Use pharmacy software for data entry, billing and documentation tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or coursework in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a community or hospital pharmacy is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems.
• Basic computer and data‑entry skills.
