About the role

MetLife is seeking a full‑time Insurance Sales Agent to work on‑site in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves selling insurance policies, assisting customers with their insurance needs, managing brokerage activities, and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Manage insurance brokerage activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide accurate information and presentations about MetLife products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales and brokerage.
• Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Effective sales abilities with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
