Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a Night Auditor to join our hotel front‑office team in Egypt. The role combines accounting, revenue reporting and front‑desk duties during the night shift, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize the Night Auditor report summarising daily room revenue and related adjustments.
• Verify all charges posted by front‑office cashiers against supporting documentation.
• Compile the daily Food & Beverage revenue report for each outlet and the total hotel revenue.
• Reconcile audited F&B cashiers reports with posted amounts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Perform front‑office cashier duties, including handling guest payments and balancing the cash drawer.
• Reconcile guest ledger balances with front‑office machine balances and address any variances.

Required profile

• Experience with accounting procedures and administrative tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and proactive work ethic.
• Proficiency with computers.
