Nurse Assistant

About the role

GSG Academy is seeking an organised, proactive and service‑oriented Nurse Assistant to join its team in Egypt. The role supports the end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of Academy courses, handling speaker arrangements, participant registration, course preparation, on‑site operations and post‑course administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate speaker travel, accommodation and technical requirements, and provide support throughout their stay.
• Prepare classrooms, equipment and materials; manage course registrations and participant check‑in using the GSG Academy App.
• Oversee day‑of‑course operations, including room setup, catering, equipment handling and acting as the main point of contact for participants and speakers.
• Handle post‑course tasks such as resetting the Academy, reporting missing items, distributing certificates and preparing expense reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Veterinary Medicine or a related healthcare field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong organisational and communication skills are welcome.
• Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational, coordination and multitasking abilities, with a professional, service‑oriented attitude.
• Based in Egypt and willing to work flexible hours according to course schedules.
