Nursery English Teacher

About the role

The Nursery English Teacher is a full‑time, on‑site position in New Cairo, Egypt. You will plan and deliver age‑appropriate English lessons for nursery‑level children using stories, songs, and play‑based activities, while supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson materials and resources.
• Monitor and assess student progress.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with families about children’s development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align with the school’s educational philosophy.

Required profile

• Strong English teaching skills and experience with nursery or early‑childhood age groups.
• Ability to plan lessons and design developmentally appropriate activities.
• Effective communication with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, English Education, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in international or preschool settings and familiarity with play‑based or child‑centered pedagogies (beneficial).
