About the role
AutoMake is seeking a proactive Office Assistant to join its El Mansoura office. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and file documents, maintain records and update databases.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars and coordinate visitor reception.
- Answer phone calls and messages, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Perform data entry tasks and prepare simple reports or summaries.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of routine tasks.
Required profile
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and data.
- Positive, professional attitude with willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior administrative experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with email communication.
- Experience using word‑processing software.
- Experience using spreadsheet applications.
