Open Text Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Open Text Lead to design, configure and deploy SAP OpenText solutions within a large‑scale transformation program. The role will combine document‑management expertise with deep SAP integration knowledge to help clients achieve efficient, compliant content workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration and rollout of SAP OpenText solutions across relevant modules.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define document‑management requirements, workflows and retention policies.
• Ensure seamless, secure integration of OpenText with SAP FI, HCM and SCM modules.
• Develop templates, archiving strategies and content‑lifecycle processes to optimise efficiency and compliance.
• Support end‑user testing, validation and training to drive smooth adoption.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, system defects and escalations.
• Maintain documentation, configuration guides and project trackers for audit and reporting purposes.
• Provide expert guidance on OpenText best practices, compliance requirements and SAP integration standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing and managing SAP OpenText solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP module integration (FI, HCM, SCM) with OpenText.
• Familiarity with data‑retention policies, compliance and audit standards.
• Hands‑on experience in technical issue resolution, defect management and end‑user training.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
