About the role

Join Hilton’s Operations Management Development Graduate Programme and embark on an 18‑month journey designed to fast‑track you into a hotel department leadership role. You will rotate through key operational areas, gain hands‑on experience, and build the confidence to step into a Department Manager or Assistant Department Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two 9‑month placements across Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Hotel Support Services.
• Participate in real‑world, business‑driven projects and group learning modules.
• Develop operational expertise in restaurant and bar service, guest services, room service, conferences, housekeeping, and purchasing.
• Engage with Hilton University e‑learning, language courses, and a business library to deepen technical knowledge.
• Receive regular feedback, coaching, and mentorship throughout the programme.

Required profile

• Curious, driven, and flexible individual who lives the Hilton Values.
• Completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree by the programme start date.
• Fluency in English and the local language (as required by the posting location).
• Eligibility to work in the country of assignment and willingness to relocate.
• Aspiration to become a future hospitality department leader.
• Availability to begin full‑time employment on the announced start date.
