Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead operational excellence across our automotive marketplace platform. The role oversees the full customer journey, coordinates internal teams, and manages partner ecosystems to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end customer journey from social media awareness to after‑sales service, mapping and optimizing workflows at each touchpoint.
• Coordinate with development, marketing, content, sales and support teams to align operational capacity with business needs.
• Oversee vehicle listing accuracy, pricing data, and specifications.
• Manage the sales agent team, setting targets for response times, conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with OEMs, financing institutions and insurance providers, establishing and monitoring SLAs.
• Design scalable processes, develop risk‑management frameworks and track KPIs related to efficiency, cost, partner performance and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–6 years of operations management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven background in e‑commerce, automotive, logistics or fintech sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑moving startup environment.
