Operations Manager – Supply Growth

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a highly analytical Operations Manager to drive driver supply growth in Egypt. You will own end‑to‑end initiatives that improve driver acquisition, activation, retention, and productivity while maintaining a balanced marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute driver growth strategies to meet supply targets.
• Own and monitor key supply metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, productivity, and online hours.
• Design and optimise the driver acquisition funnel across online and offline channels.
• Improve onboarding, document verification, and first‑trip conversion processes.
• Launch lifecycle programmes to boost driver engagement and long‑term retention.
• Build and continuously optimise incentive programmes for maximum ROI.
• Analyse marketplace performance, conduct A/B tests, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships with fleets, referral partners, financial institutions, OEMs, and other ecosystem players.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Proven experience in operations, growth, or marketplace environments.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate market insights into actionable product and operational improvements.

Required skills

• Data analysis and KPI tracking.
• A/B testing and experiment design.
• Experience with dashboards and performance reporting.
