Operations Supervisor – East Cairo

About the role

Join a dynamic e‑commerce operation where you will lead shift activities in a first‑mile fulfillment center, middle‑mile sortation hub, or final‑mile delivery station. As an Operations Supervisor you will ensure orders move smoothly through the supply chain while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Manage, coach, and train associates to deliver top‑level service.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide real‑time shift information to frontline managers and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout the shift to meet or exceed forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues related to process readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
• Analyze data to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges and drive process optimization.
• Work flexible hours, including overnight, weekends, and holidays, as business demands require.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis.
