Operations & Supply Chain Manager – Luxury Homeware

About the role

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for optimizing complex systems? Anut Cairo is looking for an Operations and Supply Chain Manager to drive operational excellence across its luxury homeware manufacturing and retail network in 6th of October, Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support ambitious business goals.
• Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, shipping and logistics.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a high‑performing operations team.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data analysis and best‑practice methodologies.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Implement rigorous quality control and risk‑management measures.

Required profile

• 10+ years of supply chain or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably textiles or handmade products.
• Proven track record working across retail stores and e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Haram City, 6th of October, Giza.
