Outbound Call Center Agent

About the role

The Outbound Call Center Agent will support a high‑volume home and auto insurance sales operation by making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and delivering live transfers to licensed U.S. insurance agents. This fully remote, script‑driven position emphasizes speed, consistency, and measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Make 400–500 outbound calls per day using an auto‑dialer.
• Follow approved scripts to qualify prospects for home and auto insurance.
• Deliver qualified live transfers to licensed agents.
• Meet or exceed monthly live‑transfer benchmarks while maintaining professionalism and energy.
• Accurately disposition calls and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Strictly follow scripts, call flows, and training guidelines.
• Communicate performance and issues clearly with trainers and team leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telemarketing or high‑volume call‑center environments.
• Experience with scripted outbound calling; insurance or live‑transfer experience is a plus.
• Clear, fluent English with strong comprehension and communication.
• Ability to sustain pace and quality during long call blocks.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to pass a technical setup test.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Five9 or Ricochet 360 (preferred).
• Computer (not Chromebook) running Windows 10/11 or macOS iOS 12+.
• Google Chrome browser.
• Stable primary internet connection plus an independent backup source (e.g., mobile hotspot).
• Headset and webcam.
