About the role

The Patient Care role at Axios International supports and manages Patient Support Programs, ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate assistance throughout their treatment journey. Acting as a trusted advocate, the role coordinates services, provides guidance, and removes barriers to care, both in the field and the office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the line manager and program team in managing Patient Support Programs and liaising with key stakeholders.
• Ensure timely enrollment of eligible patients according to workflow and program timelines.
• Educate and coordinate with patients to facilitate seamless enrollment and maintain accurate patient files.
• Accompany team members on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites to support program implementation.
• Ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and without delay.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, patient numbers, services provided, and quality metrics.
• Maintain and update electronic records related to patient data and quality assurance.
• Complete required trainings, including product training and pharmacovigilance, and report adverse events or product complaints.
• Perform administrative duties related to program operations using Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS).

Required profile

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and support activities.
• Commitment to compliance with international standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Axios Patient Management System (PMS).
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance reporting procedures.
