Performance Marketing Intern

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to support our digital acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the performance marketing team to help plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across key platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the day‑to‑day management of Google Ads, Meta and other paid media campaigns.
- Track budgets, monitor performance metrics and contribute to weekly reporting.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives and copy to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure assets meet performance benchmarks.
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to suggest optimisation opportunities.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, business or a similar field.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
