PHI Specialist

About the role

The PHI Specialist will drive sales and promote Pharco Corporation’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals within private health insurance accounts. You will build strong relationships, understand provider needs, and ensure our products are prescribed and listed in target accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, growth and market‑share objectives for assigned products in a defined territory.
• Provide ongoing product information, benefits, usage guidelines and updates to healthcare providers.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors and trends, and relay insights to management.
• Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key decision‑makers and healthcare professionals.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all interactions.
• Deliver product presentations at meetings, seminars and conferences.
• Plan and optimise expenditure budget to maximise ROI.
• Update call and customer information daily in the CRM tool.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for daily activity tracking.
