Procurement Associate – ETIC

About the role

PwC’s Managed Services Delivery Centre is looking for a Procurement Associate to support client‑facing procurement activities. The role involves market analysis, supplier engagement, contract management and supply‑chain optimisation across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients throughout the procurement lifecycle, from requirement identification to contract award.
• Manage contracts and supplier relationships, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute category strategies and plans to drive value.
• Analyse existing supply chains, identify improvement opportunities and perform spend analysis.
• Conduct market research, support spot‑buy and RFx processes, and evaluate pricing and technical competence of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.

Required profile

• Understanding of end‑to‑end procurement processes.
• Ability to analyse market data, supplier performance and spend trends.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of procurement best practices and category management.
