Procurement Manager – F&B Experience

About the role

RAF Specialty Coffee is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the planning, sourcing and supplier management of food‑and‑beverage products across the organization. The role ensures uninterrupted operations by maintaining optimal inventory levels, improving supplier performance and driving cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement plans based on inventory levels, consumption trends and operational needs.
• Monitor stock movement, identify risks of shortages or overstocking and coordinate priorities to support growth.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate performance and qualify new suppliers to diversify sourcing.
• Lead commercial negotiations to improve pricing, payment terms and service quality.
• Oversee the full procurement cycle, ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate records.
• Lead and develop the procurement team while collaborating with Operations, Finance, Warehousing and Branch Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or inventory planning.
• Background in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing or multi‑branch operations is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in supplier management, strategic sourcing and commercial negotiations.
