Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing and contracting activities for the organization, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing processes that align with the company’s supply‑chain policy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive performance, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Apply the Supply Chain Policy and Guidelines to deliver commercial and cost‑effective purchasing processes.
• Review and improve current purchasing processes, recommending changes where appropriate.
• Manage contracting activities, including pre‑qualification, negotiation, and contract preparation.
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify profitable suppliers and build partnerships.
• Maintain key relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners.
• Identify improvement opportunities to continuously drive performance and business results.
• Conduct business review meetings with stakeholders to assess risk, discuss future strategies, and uncover cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure clear specifications and finalize order and delivery details.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, preferably within Facility Management or Operations.
