About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities within our technology division. The role focuses on securing the best terms with suppliers while ensuring timely and quality deliveries.

Key responsibilities

Negotiating prices, terms and contracts with suppliers and ensuring timely, condition‑good deliveries.
Building and maintaining long‑term relationships with vendors.
Resolving delivery issues and discrepancies.
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documentation.

Required profile

1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a technology environment.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

Supplier relationship management
Contract negotiation
Purchase order processing
Database maintenance

What we offer

Full‑time schedule (9 AM – 5 PM) with two days off per week.
Social and medical insurance.
Workplace located at the Sheraton in Cairo.
