Product Management Intern – Cairo

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Product Management team as an Associate Product Specialist Intern in Cairo. You will work on developing business cases, building scalable customer‑centric products and supporting go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the team to manage tasks across the product life cycle.
• Assist in establishing and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Provide competitive landscape analysis, consumer insights and program analytics.
• Engage with business and engineering teams to track progress, dependencies and risks.
• Contribute to product vision based on market and customer needs.
• Identify and measure product and business metrics to increase adoption.
• Conduct iterative experiments to prioritize features for releases.
• Project manage strategic initiatives.
• Work on potential product areas such as Analytics, APIs, AI, Cryptocurrency/Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Loyalty, Marketing, Open Banking, or Payments.

Required profile

• Anticipated graduation date in Spring 2028.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Effective verbal and written communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Curiosity and desire to learn about customers, products, technology and market trends.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow projects through execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundational understanding of technology concepts and interest in AI, data, APIs, and digital platforms.
