About the role
Joe's Ventures is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in Badr City, Egypt. The role involves overseeing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workers and resources on the shop floor.
- Oversee production quality and ensure compliance with standards.
- Coordinate overall operations management to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
- Experience leading production teams and shop‑floor operations.
- Familiarity with quality control systems and continuous improvement methods.
- Willingness to work 5–6 days per week in Badr City.
