Program Manager – Inventory & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Program Manager to join the Inventory Health team within Amazon’s Supply Chain Execution group. In this internal consulting‑style position you will lead high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that improve inventory health, reduce costs, and launch new supply‑chain models.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance, supply‑chain execution, transportation and other Amazon teams to identify pain points and define large‑scale projects.
• Conduct cost‑benefit analyses and make go/no‑go recommendations.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and metrics to track progress.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across functions to resolve issues and remove bottlenecks.
• Work with technology teams to scope and implement required tech changes.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of assigned initiatives, ensuring they meet defined financial or operational targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of program or project management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to drive data‑based decisions.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas, data cleansing, etc.).
