Programs Learning Specialist, MEATR AMZL-Transportation Field L&D

About the role

We’re expanding our Learning team within Amazon Operations. The Programs Learning Specialist works with Program Managers and Operations Managers to continuously improve long‑term capabilities of the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain qualitative training materials and perform instructional design duties.
• Deliver network‑standard training and partner with Operations Leaders to evaluate and improve training processes.
• Manage training compliance, ensuring accurate training records are stored correctly.
• Monitor adherence to established training programs, create training documents using Articulate 360, Photoshop and video‑editing tools.
• Create internal dashboards and report training progress and KPIs during leadership calls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in a training role, technical training, performance management or coaching.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to groups and one‑on‑one.
• Goal‑oriented, customer‑obsessed, and able to meet deadlines.
