Project Manager – Construction (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Egypt. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to hand‑over, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise site activities in collaboration with the Project Management Team and Construction Managers.
• Monitor project KPIs, manage resource allocation and staffing to keep the programme on track.
• Control changes to the engineering scope, obtain client approvals and document variations.
• Prepare corrective action reports for delays or budget overruns and propose recovery plans.
• Produce monthly summary reports and technical updates for the Project Director.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and HSE requirements throughout execution.
• Oversee project close‑out, including final documentation submission to the client.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large‑scale construction, preferably residential or hospitality projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and make tactical decisions under pressure.
