Project Manager Graduate Program (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s ETIC Graduate Program is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join its advisory team in Cairo. You will support the optimisation of project portfolios, applying agile and scrum practices to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Implement and optimise agile methodologies and scrum frameworks.
• Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous process enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic business goals.
