Project Manager - Nexus Analytica

About the role

The Project Manager will lead advisory consulting assignments for Nexus Analytica, focusing on renewable energy, power systems and battery energy storage projects. This position coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages client relationships and ensures timely, high‑quality delivery of project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute consulting projects in renewable energy, power systems, BESS and related infrastructure.
• Manage schedules, milestones, resources and reporting processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across technical, financial, commercial and regulatory workstreams.
• Serve as the primary interface with clients, partners, utilities, ministries and other stakeholders.
• Monitor scope, track changes, maintain action trackers and support change‑management procedures.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, technical notes and client deliverables.
• Support procurement assignments, consultancy supervision and implementation coordination when required.
• Organise workshops, meetings and capacity‑building sessions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposal preparation, methodology development and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Project Management, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, consulting or infrastructure advisory within the renewable‑energy or power sector.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage client‑facing consulting projects.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, PMP or equivalent certification.
