About the role
Lumin Soft is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from initiation through delivery. The role is based on‑site in Egypt and involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor software projects from start to finish.
- Maintain stakeholder communication and manage project deliverables.
- Build and sustain strong cross‑functional partnerships.
- Track progress, identify risks, and provide regular status reports to senior management.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of experience in project coordination and at least 2 years in software development projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
- Experience using JIRA or similar project‑management tools.
