Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Property Consultant to actively sell TMG’s properties, nurture client relationships, and support the growth of our real‑estate portfolio. The role combines sales negotiation, lead generation, and market analysis in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell TMG’s properties using effective negotiation strategies.
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking and proactive outreach.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to maximise results.
• Provide market insights and reports on customer needs, competitor activity and new opportunities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional strategies.
• Process customer orders using price lists and product literature, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate daily call logs, weekly plans and monthly performance reports.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions and reporting recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of progressive experience in real‑estate sales.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work from alternate locations as needed.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
