Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures that service standards and operational procedures are consistently met across the hotel. Acting as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams, the role supports smooth daily operations through accurate data handling, communication, and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests via phone and email, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Enter, update, and retrieve information in computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare and proofread letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
• Operate standard office equipment, transmit documents by mail or fax, and maintain accurate records.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure a clean, professional appearance.
• Communicate clearly, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Develop positive relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Lift, move, and place objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

• Physical capability to handle light lifting (≤10 lb).
